I agree with you 100% regarding non-essential tags but I have to use Musicmagic for MusicIP/Spicefly to work properly. As for the Musicbrainz tags, that's interesting to hear you say that. I just started using it last week (I'm using Picard). Why do you not like it? I ensure that it points to the correct release before I let Picard write the tags.
