Could you create a new free form query in Database Query plugin with the
following SQL:

And post the result.
Please use the CSV link in the Database Query plugin so you get a text
file with the result instead of pasting the screen shoot.
I suspect the musicbrainz tag information might remain in the TrackStat
tables and caused problems until you disabled the musicbrainz handling
in TrackStat settings page. If I remember correctly, the musicbrainz
information in the TrackStat tables aren't removed just because you have
remove it from the track, basically if you have scanned it once into
TrackStat tables it will remain.
I'll take a closer look at how to solve it after we have verified that
this really is the problem.
