Ever wanted to have automated mixes with a little more smarts than
RandomPlay? Don't want to fight the hassle of setting up MusicIP? Try
the new Smart Mix plugin:
- Create never ending mixes based on tracks/albums/artists - just pick
the Mix option from the respective More menu (press + button on
device, or touch'n'hold on SB Touch)
- Use one of the pre-defined recipes to get a dynamic playlist using
your own music files quickly
- Control your mixes while playing: diversity, tempo, energy etc.
- Create new recipes and save them for future use
- Create smarter mixes with more control using one of the supported
music services (at this time limted to Spotify, Deezer, MOG,
Rhapsody/Napster)

The plugin should be available in the Plugins section of the LMS
settings shortly.

this thread or send me a mail. You'll find tons of information about the
various mixing parameters on 'The Echo Nest'
(http://developer.echonest.com/docs/v4).
Please note: This plugin uses the.echonest.com to provide the smarts of
the mixes. Metadata of your collection will be uploaded to there servers
to power the mixes. This data is stored in an anonymous way.
I'm looking forward to learning how you like the mixes, how they compare
to MusicIP (if you know it). They're definitely different :-).
