The BBC iPlayer plugin uses an authorised BBC feed which provides all details of program that can be played. Every so often this BBC feed "loses" a program. The plugin cannot do anyhting as it is a BBC problem. This looks to be the case with your missing program. Often the missing program turns up in a few days.
A workaround would be to install the BBc iPlayer Extras plugin which uses the BBC Iplayer plugin for playback but gets program info from different BBC feeds.
