Hmm. I don't have a lot of MP3 files and they are mostly popular music, which presents less tagging problems. Most of my library has been ripped from my own CD's to Flac (which seems to me to be the best format for this), rather than downloaded. There is no problem adding custom tags to MP3 files and then scanning via LMS. A work round for someone wanting to use custom tags directly (not via LMS) would be to convert MP3 files to flac (eg with dBpoweramp) which of course takes 3x as much space for no quality gain. Of course, Mp3tag both creates and reads custom tags on mp3 files somehow. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ MDE's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=49291 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=91575 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
