on the other way, my last export went ok, any new song was exported without problem, but i didn't tried a full export at all...
I see a potential problem there doing _incremental_ export ("search for new and changed"). A full wipe & rescan should not hit this one.
The problem here is that on a "new and changed" scan, I'm trying to only export changed items. This usually is much quicker, as only a few tracks would change. In your case there seems to be a list of > 1000 new tracks, which causes the query to fail. It must have some internal maximum for parameters to be passed to the SQL query. I'll have to think about a way to run this process in chunks.
