Hm, hard to tell, I don't use the plugin. Does anybody else see this, too? Does everything else still work as expected?
Is the scanner maybe still running or something? No covers (note symbol) usually means the server doesn't send a cover or it can't be retrieved. Now what _you_ are seeing sounds a bit like a different issue I have been seeing sometimes where actually all the pipes reading artwork get stuck at the same time because they try to read an artwork that somehow fails but doesn't return an error - a pretty uncommon situation that will eventually time out but it takes time.
