I'm not familiar with Macs, and I've never had any problems with the network addressing on my LMS setup so I don't know what you might need to change or where.
LMS should be reporting the IP address of the machine it is running on, in your case 192.168.0.107. The fact that it isn't appears to tie in with it being unable to resolve www.bbc.co.uk. You have a networking problem on your LMS installation.
