There is currently none.

The problem is that with Apple's current developer toolkit it's no
longer possible to build Apps for 1st and 2nd generation devices (the
processor platform is no longer supported) and you have to use that
toolkit (the current generation) to submit Apps to the App Store so it's
very hard to still support old devices with Apps that are still seeing
updates.

Apple pretty much bricked these old generations this way, somewhat
annoying.

There might be a way around it, hearing it's even possible to get that
to the App Store and I might give it a try with the next iPeng release.
Has the drawback that what users of devices with iOS 4.3 (or new devices
with old iOS versions) get might be really ugly but it's probably a
limited number of them out there and they will have the option to
upgrade the OS.

Can't promise something, yet, but it might be that the next version of
iPeng will work on iOS 4.2.1 again.
