For some reason, the server wasn't turned on in MusicIP. The thing that I had to do was go to Prefs>Services> and hit the START button.
Before I did that, when I tried they url, I got an error (probably 404). When I went to Prefs>Server the connect to server box was checked. When I hit Test Connection button it said connection was ok (even though it wasn't...at leas from what I saw). Once I found that Start button, I restarted LMS, it rescanned, and I now have another toy to play with.
