I tried to follow your new instructions, after clearing out completely
all old referenes and files, and restarting LMS.
Adding the URL seemd to work ok, but after activating (ticking) the
PlugIn and restarting LMS, I got this line in the server Setting Plugins
tab:

extGUI4LMS (v0.6.0)  Plugin failed to load  

Has this Plugin been tested on any Linux NAS Server installation of LMS
?
