Thanks Greg, my weather feed seems to be working again using your posted file. Although I notice that the HIGH and LOW designations on my Touch and Radio are all caps ... whereas previously it was "High" and "Low". Is the capitalization specified within the plugin.pm code, or is it scraped directly from weather.com?
