btw, which application are you using to create the FLACs? Can you check that it only adds FLAC tags, and not ID3 tags (for FLACs, lyrics are in the LYRICS tag. For MP3s (which uses ID3 tags), they are in USLT or SYLT tags. I'd suggest that you take a track which contains lyrics, and look at the tags in the LMS web interface (Song Info/View Tags - no need to rescan the library before doing so).
