Hi Triode,

the NAS the server is running on, has no firewall settings. The
Squeezebox Touch is on the same router. This has all not changed.

When I telnet to the spotifyd port from a machine on the same network, I
see

[15:52:44.368275] main:712 connection not readable
[15:52:44.368436] main:1595 bad request for socket or no track

Which shows the port is available from outside, right?

To me it looks more as if the player does not *try* to connect to the
spotifyd.

What else can I do to track down? Can I add any log->debug to any *.pm?
Can I see anything useful in the Wireshark logs? What exactly is the
flow when an album is played from Spotify? Is the server telling the
player to connect using some URL or so? Shouldn't it be possible to
debug this using a sniffer or some other tool?

Thanks,
Mo
