It kind of feels like this has something to do with the directory Multi
Library is configured to use or some content in that directory.
If the Multi Library settings page is available, check which directory
the "Library directory" parameter points to and take a look if it
exists, if LMS has read access to it and if it contains any strange
files.
If the Multi Library settings page isn't available, shutdown LMS and
goto the preference folder and delete the "plugin/multilibrary.prefs"
file and start LMS and reconfigure the directory in Multi Library
settings page and see if it works better after that.
