Thanks Michael. I've been away since I read the depressing news that Squeezeboxes were being discontinued. But, I'm glad I came back. I installed Smart Mix last night and have been quite pleased so far with the mixes generated and the functionality. I got that feeling of having a bottomless, interesting music collection that I haven't had since I first installed MusicMagicMixer way back when. I was happy with MMM and the MusicIP plugin until I moved to a Sheevaplug server and as the plugin doesn't run on ARM, have been looking for a replacement. This is it. Much appreciated.
The scan identified all but 0.33% of my tracks. That's amazing. The only glitch so far was that after the scan completed, my remote was unable to control my SB3. I could use a web interface fine. I restarted the SB3 but still no remote. Finally, I uninstalled and reinstalled Smart Mix and now everything is fine.
