The "rtmp://" URL is ambiguous. It can be either a RealAudio stream, an Apple rtmp stream. a Microsoft rtmp or an Adobe rtmp stream.
PlayReal plays a RealAudio stream which nobody uses anymore except a few low speed old stations. If you wish to use the rtmp stream - you need to find out some more details.
