Hi Philly4,

Thanks a lot. Excellent feedback and really helpful!

I am pretty much only passing the IP address on to the underlying .NET
network classes and I am not sure how a local hostname would be
resolved, but I will have a look and see what I can find out.

What Soundicity does at the moment is, first, takes any lyrics contained
in your music file and then tries to contact the plug-ins. I will give
other sources another try, but these sources come and go since they are
mostly not legal. If you have a good suggestion for one, let me know.

Good idea to be able to remove entries from the home menu. I will have a
look at a remove option as well as an option to promote submenu items to
the main menu (like Alarms or Playlists).

That is a really good suggestion which I should have done from the
beginning. If Soundicity had a home menu customization, then that could
be supressed there (see above).

Absolutely right. Again see item above.

I am personally not a huge fan of those Logitech icons and I quite like
Soundicity without it.This is more in line with Microsoft's Metro Design
language which postulates a rather simple design without any chrome, but
this is of course personal taste. iOS is quite different in that
respect. The second reason is that I cannot retrieve all icons from the
server and would need to provide them with the app. This could
potentially lead to copyright issues since I don't own these icons.

Yes, I will have a look at that and see what kind of customization
settings would makes sense.

Anyway, thanks again. Highly appreciated.

Have a nice weekend,

Marc.
