Just to be clear, the extGUI4LMS looks a lot different than the standard
LMS web interface, the reason I mentioned it is just because it's the
only skin I know is currently actively maintained. So if you haven't
tried it, you should probably do so first and ensure that you don't
dislike it for some other reason.
