Due to 'storage size issues' (http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?98776-Registering-custom-resizing-specificiations-to-be-pre-cached&p=749366&viewfull=1#post749366) with the cover image pre-caching introduced in 'v0.8.1' (http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?98186-Announce-Alternative-Web-Interface-(beta)&p=748368&viewfull=1#post748368), this feature is now disabled by default (You'll still have to remove the specification manually if it was active before by going to the standard web ui>Settings>Advanced>Performance: Custom pre-caching specifications and deleting the "200x200_m extGUI4LMS" entry). You can enable it again by setting "App_covercache" to true in the Settings>Technical parameters dialog. If you don't mind the additional storage requirement (~50kb per album cover), I'd recommend doing so for the increase in performance.
