Thanks for the prompt reply. As I mentioned, I've successfully connected to the server on port 9005 from a network connected device on the same network - running PaPing on a windows machine on the same network I get this: C:\>paping 192.168.0.102 -p 9005 -c 4 paping v1.5.5 - Copyright (c) 2011 Mike Lovell Connecting to 192.168.0.102 on TCP 9005: Connected to 192.168.0.102: time=2.00ms protocol=TCP port=9005 Connected to 192.168.0.102: time=2.00ms protocol=TCP port=9005 Connected to 192.168.0.102: time=2.00ms protocol=TCP port=9005 Connected to 192.168.0.102: time=2.00ms protocol=TCP port=9005 Connection statistics: Attempted = 4, Connected = 4, Failed = 0 (0.00%) Approximate connection times: Minimum = 2.00ms, Maximum = 2.00ms, Average = 2.00ms where 192.168.0.102 is my squeezeserver's IP address. Re. wireshark. I've never used it before but a quick google suggests it's used by hackers to intercept packets (!) What should I do with it? What am I looking for? Any instructions would be great, thanks :) http://baroquedub.co.uk/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ baroquedub's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=20938 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=99281 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
