Hey Everyone, I'm successfully using Squeezelite here at home on the same network that my ReadyNAS Ultra 2 is connected to, which runs my LMS (normally for my SB Touch that is over by the headphone area). I'm very stoked that I can use this at my computer so a separate high quality listening area while I'm working.
However, I'm having trouble using Squeezelite over the web in my office at work. I tried installing Squeezelite via Local Player at work onto my LMS which worked fine, but then my laptop wasn't showing up as a playable device from the LMS. I didn't have a DAC connected at that time but I doubt that would cause the entire program to not start up? When I tried clicking on the Squeezelite-1.2.exe (or whatever the executable is called), it would pop up very shortly, show some kind of error message like "Unable to...." (I couldn't read it because it would disappear so quickly), and then nothing would happen and I couldn't play music to my laptop. Can anyone tell me whats going on when I try and use Squeezelite remotely at work?
