I've had Smart Mix installed for a while and it worked fine without
issue, however a few weeks ago it started failing to create playlists.
I've done nothing in the meantime except add a few new CDs to the mix.
I've tried to create playlists with a variety of different songs but I
keep getting the error "Failed to create playlist for 'x'". In an
attempt to fix it, I've deleted and re-installed the plugin, and I've
cleared and rescanned the entire library, but it keeps failing. I turned
on debugging but the I can't decipher what's happening.
Any advice what to try next?

Also if I try to create a playlist with the artist, a list is created
with only the current song included.
