Hi, many thanks for your reply. I set the reporting to 'debug'. I am
assuming that "save logging settings for next application restart" is
handled by the 'apply' button (that's all I could find).

If I just reboot the server I get the following in the server log:

[13-11-03 22:06:02.5968] main::init (354) Starting Logitech Media Server
(v7.7.2, r33893, Wed Mar 14 06:37:22 MDT 2012) perl 5.008006
[13-11-03 22:10:08.7400] Plugins::Spotify::ProtocolHandler::__ANON__
(236) error fetching track data: Connect timed out: Transport endpoint
is not connected

There is no output in the spotifyd.log file at all

If I run spotifydnoflac from the terminal the self-test starts running
but fails when streaming to the player with the following message:
Streaming to player stalled before end of track, rate OK
No audible output at all. Nothing seems to appear in the log file at
this point.

Many thanks,

Shaun
