Mysb.com is recognised and BBC plugin is now working. I deleted the Logitech preferencepanes, and reinstalled the 7.8.0 pkg. I gave it 2 hours to be recognised.
I just tried the Radio in the LMS web server, and all the default radio apps are present. I checked the Settings/Plugin and no problem notices evident. I checked the BBC plugin which is now available, and restarted LMS. On restarting I could then navigate to BBC radio listen again and live.
