I run FreeNAS (0.7.2) on an old Netbook & it workd ok generally until recently when it stopped working for radio - cannot resolve IP address, it told me.
Did anything change about your setup? New ISP? Modified FreeNAS configuration etc.?
One problem with FreeNAS always was that it didn't correctly configure some of its network settings (DNS or gateway - don't remember any more). Please check what settings it's using in the web UI.
So I re-stared the LMS (didn't work), then followed the SlimNAS
How did you decide it failed? Did you get any error message? Did you check the server.log file?
instructions to get the latest LMS and SlimNAS (2.0.2). I think the LMS installs, but it fails to start, showing the following message: -Logitech Media Server is not available.
