Hi Frozzer - you asked if my problem was ever resolved. Sadly it wasn't. I eventually uninstalled Smart Mix as it seemed to be causing me a lot of problems (making LMS hang for example) and wasn't creating mixes properly. Michael gave me a lot of help, but in the end I thought it must be something specific about my set-up as nobody else seemed able to replicate the problem. (Around the same time I had some electrical work done at home which seems to have adversely affected the powerline / home plug connection between my server and my router, so I figured the problems were at least partly network related). I'd love to reinstall the plugin if the Array problem could be solved.
