Update: Spent a few hours on looking at the transmitted IR normally and when from an Alarm mode, defiantly additional IR pulses are present, tried re-recording the IR into a different named file and still issues. Either, when the SB3 is waking up in Alarm mode, it either corrupts the timing of the IR or its adding some thing else. Given up and using a lup script within the Vera automation to switch the SB3 on with a playlist parameter. Works well, however, have not worked out to make the volume fade in.
