The reported bit rate is incorrect in the metadata from the BBC for Radio 3 Listen Again. The stream is actually 320K AAC but the metadata says it is 128K which is what is displayed. By the same token the live stream only says 320K AAC because that's what is in the metadata. It happens to be correct for Radio 3 live, but there's no gaurantee it always will be. You can get the correct bit rate of the actual listen again stream with some of the logging in the LMS server, I'm not sure which setting shows this but I have seen it in my logs.
