I have to second texo's questions and add another one: which Squeezebox model do you use?
This is a server error message and I know I've heard about it, it's a Spotify-related problem, I just don't remember which one. If you use the 3rd Party Plugin it could be a plugin configuration problem, in this case I'd ask in the 3rd Party Spotify Plugin thread. But I believe it's what you get when you try to play Spotify on anything but a Touch or Radio using Logitech's App or if you don't have a premium account.
