Agreed that the Prime selection (1 million songs) is somewhat "limited" ... for now. If Amazon has proven anything is that they will continue to add content to the service to drive Prime Membership. Now back to the OP comment. I don't see anyway to currently create an app unless it comes directly from Amazon. Without an API it isn't going to be possible. Given the life-cycle of the Squeezebox I wouldn't hold my breath. I have had some success using the web-based cloud player to send music playing on my PCChrome browser to my home stereo via Chromecast. I was looking to end the use of that device and receiver (I want to move the six hdmi ports of that Pioneer receiver to my video viewing area and place back in service my older Denon receiver with optical audio inputs). I currently am running Squeezebox on a Raspberry Pi and would love to add this service to the mix. If it doesn't come to pass I will stick with Pandora.
