I've been using qobuz for a couple of weeks now since MOG shut down.
It's working pretty well for the most part.  However, search quit
working on me.  It wouldn't return any results.  I shut down
squeezesvr.exe, deleted the qobuz.db, restarted squeezesvr.exe and it
works again.

Did you get any indication in server.log which would have pointed at qobuz.db having problems?
