very simple actually 1. yes, you need premium subscription 2. You must be using Logitech Media Server (LMS) running on local PC/Mac/NAS 3. in LMS, go to settings, tick "show all 3rd party plugins", hit apply 4. Then find "3rd Party Spotify Plugin" (note, alphabetically it is at the top under numbers, NOT under Spotify), tick it, then APPLY and restart LMS when asked 5. When you go back into LMS, then LMS > Settings, go to the plugin tab, find Triode's 3rd Party Spotify plugin, to the right, click on Settings for this plugin, then enter your Spotify premium login credentials. 6. Now all should just work. Go back to main LMS page and either under myapps or Radio menu find Spotify and use it.
