As far as I can see I don't have any Mozilla/CA directory under the
libraries that are part of @INC:
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl
/usr/share/perl5/site_perl
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl
/usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl
/usr/lib/perl5/core_perl
/usr/share/perl5/core_perl
But IO::Socket::SSL is installed under
/usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/IO/Socket/SSL
