Hm, actually the slider should be completely disabled so hitting it should not have an effect. If it does, that's a bug unless you use synced players. I think the centering is a bit problematic. The server reports the volume as "0" when it#s fixed and since there are all kind of plugins doing all kind of weird stuff with volume control I don't want to deviate from that.
