You wouldn't believe how often Dvorak has cropped up in these forums causing problem. I think I know more problems caused by his name than I've listened to his music :-).
Are you on Windows? What LMS version?
If I delete picture from the artist picture folder and exceute clear and rescan --> plugin will download artist picture and place it in to folder and shows it correctly. But only until I execute clear and rescan again.
Hmm... that's interesting: if the plugin didn't find it at all, it would re-download it. It must be finding it at some point, but not at some different stage. Anything in the server.log file?
