I have a question about the volume slider adjustment behavior. I have been using Squeezeslave with the -volume off parameter to fix volume at 100%. I then have a script to pickup the values for "prefset server volume" which changes the volume on my amplifier via rs232. This works well with both iPeng as well as the web interface. In an effort to allow playback of higher bitrate files I am wanting to change from Squeezeslave to Squeezelite. Since no command line switch is available in Squeezelite to disable volume control I am using the player option to "fix volume at 100%". This works well with the web interface (ie. volume is fixed however the volume control still responds) however in iPeng the volume slider jumps to 0%. I was wondering if it would be possible to change iPeng so that the volume control responds the same way the web interface does in this situation.
