If you use the menu directly on the transporter or it's firmware menu ( hold left arrow on remote ) and connects to mysqueezebox.com what happens then ? If it connects and don't show under your account it must be connected on some other account ? Best case you get prompted to provide your login directly on the player and then it shows up . Better you mail the seller and he removes it from his account .
