It's under review, we'll see if it goes through this time. At least the last they complained it was about a legitimate bug that I missed, and not some nitpicky thing. Yeah, SB Player requires at least Android 4.1.2 (Jellybean) and only 3rd gen or better Kindles came with it. I'm not sure 100% sure if a version purchased from play will sideload onto the FireTV.
