your hint got me in the right direction, I can fetch a list of URLs for
tracks from a playlist (getting the right URL to the track) by iterating
over:

--------------------
spotify items 0 100 item_id:3.x.y
--------------------
with x being the playlist number and y being the track in that playlist.
This is what I needed.
