Good: it's not a problem with the plugin talking to TEN to get the mix. It does get a list of tracks. Now... what Spotify implementation are you using? Triode's or the official one available from mysb.com?
Fire up the web UI. On the left hand side in the Radio section, there's a "Tune In URL" item. Please paste spotify:track:45CEbemr6B7QoYxQhKcvtK in there (make sure there's nothing left from a previous URL, or even the leading http). Would it play? What if you tried spotify://track:45CEbemr6B7QoYxQhKcvtK?
