Please check whether one of your players is still playing a spotify artist radio and change that. You are a bit out of luck if it's iPeng's player itself, then it probably only helps to disable playback in iPeng, the easiest way to do that is to turn off your player (or switch your iPhone to airplane mode) so that iPeng doesn't crash on startup and then switch playback off in settings. The crash happens whenever iPeng tries to display the "thumbs up" icon for starring a track on the Spotify artist radio. It _might_ also happen on other services also showing the same icon (instead of the "shuffle" icon) but I believe Pandora is not affected (it uses the same icon and the icon won't show, but it uses a different command/parameter to set it). It's really a very specific bug.
