Hmm... Now I'm confused: with IO::Socket::SSL still failing to load you shouldn't even see the country setting any more, but see a message about the lack of that module instead. Did you verify the setting after the update?

It should work as well as before the 1.5.x update: ok, but every now and then you might get a track which can't be played. Sometimes it's skipped automatically and you won't even notice. Sometimes the playback will stop when there are too many of these tracks.
As I said: that's just the old behaviour. If you were fine with 1.4.x, then you should still be fine. Or fine again after initial issues with 1.5.x

Don't select the "server" in the top dropdown list if you want to enable plugin specific logging. That dropdown box is using a set of default values.
Server.Plugins are set to "Debug" & Server.Memory is set to "Off". Is that normal or is something wrong?
Yes, that's normal. The Memory debugging requires some dev tools, therefore would be off in most cases.
