No problem ! To create a logfile, just do "squeeze2upnp -f <filename>"
(without the <> of course) where filename can be just the name or a name
with a path, for example "squeeze2upnp -f logfile" or "squeeze2upnp -f
d:/toto/logfile"

NB : to re-generate a config file, just run squeeze2upnp, wait till it
has detected players and then, while it is running type "save
<filename>" and a config file with your existing config + all the new
parameters will be created undername <filename>. You can then exit
squeeze2upnp, alter the config file do match what you want (if you need)
and then restart squeeze2upnp with the new config file "squeeze2upnp -x
<configfile> -f <logfile>"
Hope this helps
