By default, only mp3 are enabled in squeeze2upnp, so an upnp player
discovered will be reported to LMS as supporting only "mp3", and you
would have to enable mp3 transcoding in LMS

But, flc, mp3 and pcm are supported natively if you create a config.xml
file that enabled that and of course if your player supports it. You can
have a look at the "user guide.pdf" for a full explanation, but
basically it is a simple as starting squeeze2upnp, waiting 15 sec and
typing "save config.xml". Then type "exit" to leave squeeze2upnp. A file
named "config.xml" will be created in the current directory. Edit that
file with any text editor and change the line <codecs>mp3</codecs> to
<codecs>flc,mp3</codecs> to add flac for all discovered players. You can
also, if you want the change to only apply to you Revo, do the same
change but under the section <device> of you Revo
