Ok, here's what I've seemed to deduce regarding the icons on the various devices. The SB2 seems to be using the *forecast* sky conditions, and the Radio seems to be using *observed* conditions. This is borne out by visiting the actual website for the WU station I'm using, which shows "Clear" for the current conditions (it's not) and "Overcast" for the "today" part of the forecast.
