It looks like the server which hosts the library configurations had
crashed recently and I hadn't noticed, due to this you might have gotten
corrupt configuration if you used the "Download last version of existing
libraries" link or tried to use one of the download links this could
explain what you are seeing. The server should now be up again so if you
hit "Download last version of existing libraries" you will hopefully get
updated library configuration files again so you can see all
configuration options.
