I've updated the BBCiPlayerExtra plugin to v1.06 1. Removed the "feeds" menus which no longer work. 2. Provided additional menu to access all Radio iPlayer menus by national station, categories and latest broadcast. There is no "most popular" equivalent to old menu.
The plugin provides access to all iPlayer Radio programs. This means at least up to 30 days old but in some cases much more such as BBC Proms 2011-2014, Desert Island disk, In our Time etc. Custom menus can be created by editing the supplied opml file. The user could add more specific categories (see list at http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/programmes/genres) or perhaps regional or local radio programs.
