I would like create a plugin for LMS 7.8. But i don't understand for
where i must start.
Please give us a hint what you'd like to do, and we might be able to
point to a good sample plugin you could learn from.

"If you don't know Perl, you may want to learn some of the basics. [...]
Once you understand basic Perl, then writing a plugin isn't ultra
difficult."

and I DL Helloword.zip but Is it compatible with 7.8 ?
No idea. But if it is what I think it is, then it requires one of the
old players (Classic/Boom) to work. Not a good starting point nowadays.
