Yep - I fact I've tried unchecking both of those boxes without success. I should point out that, although LMS reports that plugin updates are available, when I get to the plugin screen there are no plugins that appear to be requesting an update - but I immediately see the pop up dialog box asking me to reboot (or defer until later).
I can workaround the problem by selecting "reboot later", but the prompt persists everything I go to the plugin screen. And I i restart the server (via Preferences, etc) SDT is deleted.
